This machine is a TPU-specific pre-crystallization stirring and dehumidifying drying integrated machine. Many customers misunderstand that TPU crystallization aims to harden materials. In fact, it is designed to prevent adhesion. Virgin TPU pellets have uneven distribution of soft and hard segments. Direct high-temperature drying will cause surface melting, adhesion, bridging and material blockage, resulting in incomplete internal moisture removal. With constant temperature (90–110℃) and low-speed stirring, the equipment forms uniform microcrystalline structures in TPU hard segments, raises the thermal deformation temperature and eliminates viscosity, keeping pellets loose and flowing all the time. Combined with low-dew-point drying, the moisture content can be stably controlled below 50ppm, effectively avoiding hydrolysis, filament breakage, fuzzy filaments, bubbles and yellowing during high-temperature extrusion.
