注塑自动配料系统 Injection molding automatic batching system注塑自动配料系统 | Injection molding automatic batching system 一、简介 Introduction 注塑自动配料系统，是注塑车间塑胶辅机集成方案，以称重式混料机/失重喂料机为核心计量单元，搭配真空上料、储料、干燥、中央输送、PLC智能控制，自动完成新料、水口回料、色母、粉体助剂的配方称重、混合、输送，将配好混合料供给多台注塑机料斗，实现车间配料无人化生产。 The injection molding automatic batching system is an integrated auxiliary equipment solution for injection molding workshops. With gravimetric blender / loss-in-weight feeder as the core metering unit, combined with vacuum loader, material storage, drying, central conveying and PLC intelligent control. It automatically completes formula weighing, mixing and conveying of virgin resin, regrind material, color masterbatch and powder additives. The mixed material is supplied to the hopper of multiple injection molding machines to realize unmanned batching in workshop. 二、系统构成 System Composition 1. 储料单元 Material Storage Unit 不锈钢储料罐/料仓，分区存放新料、回料、色母、添加剂；吸湿性原料可配套除湿干燥机预处理。 Stainless steel silos / hoppers for separate storage of virgin material, regrind, color masterbatch and additives. Dehumidifying dryer is equipped for pre-treatment of hygroscopic raw materials. 2. 计量混料单元 Metering & Mixing Unit Gravimetric Blender称重式混料机（批次增重称重） / Loss-in-Weight Feeder失重式喂料机（连续失重计量），高精度称重传感器，控制各组分配比。 Gravimetric Blender (batch gain-in-weight) / Loss-in-Weight Feeder (continuous loss weighing), high-precision load cells to control proportion of each component. 3. 输送单元 Conveying Unit 真空负压上料、耐磨密闭管道、选料分流站，把混合料输送至各注塑机料斗，防止粉尘污染、原料受潮。 Vacuum negative pressure loading, wear-resistant sealed pipelines and distribution stations. Deliver mixed material to each injection molding machine hopper, avoid dust pollution and material moisture absorption. 4. 控制单元 Control Unit PLC+HMI触摸屏，预设多套配方、自动记录生产数据、超限报警，支持生产追溯，可对接车间MES系统。 PLC + HMI touch screen, pre-store multiple formulas, auto record production data, out-of-tolerance alarm, support production traceability and connect with workshop MES system. 5. 选配辅助设备 Optional Auxiliary 金属分离器、除尘回收装置、模具除露机Mold Dehumidifier、粉碎机。 Metal detector, dust recovery unit, Mold Dehumidifier, granulator. 三、工作原理 Working Principle 1. 在触摸屏输入配方，设定新料、回料、色母等重量比例； Input formula on touch screen, set weight ratio of virgin material, regrind, color masterbatch. 2. 系统按顺序自动进料，称重传感器采集重量，达到设定值停止进料； The system feeds materials in sequence automatically. Load cells collect weight data and stop feeding once reaching set value. 3. 全部组份称重完毕，卸料进入搅拌仓充分混合； After weighing all components, materials discharge into mixing chamber for homogeneous blending. 4. 混合完成，通过真空上料/中央供料管道输送至注塑机料斗，供给注塑成型； After mixing, materials are conveyed by vacuum loader / central pipeline to injection molding machine hopper for molding. 5. 整套循环自动复位，持续生产。 The whole cycle resets automatically for continuous production. 四、核心优势 Advantages ✅ 配比精度高，稳定控制色差与产品物性，减少**品 High batching accuracy, stable color & physical property, reduce defect rate ✅ 密闭自动化输送，大幅减少人工投料，降低粉尘污染 Sealed automatic conveying, less manual feeding, reduce dust pollution ✅ 配方一键调用，快速换色换料，原料损耗低 One-click formula switching, fast color & material change, low material waste ✅ 生产数据自动存储，质量可追溯，适配智能工厂 Auto save production records, quality traceable, suitable for smart factory ✅ 可单机使用，也可扩展为整车间中央供料系统 Can work standalone or expand to full workshop central feeding system 五、局限性 Limitations ⚠️ 称重式批次配料机型，属于间歇式配料，不适合超大流量连续挤出场景，更适配注塑间断用料； Gravimetric batch blender is intermittent batching type. Not suitable for ultra-high flow continuous extrusion, more suitable for intermittent feeding of injection molding. ⚠️ 系统前期投入高于人工配料，车间需要规划管道空间； Higher initial investment than manual batching, workshop space required for pipeline layout. ⚠️ 粉体物料对密封性、防架桥结构要求更高，维护复杂度上升。 Powder materials require better sealing and anti-bridging structure, higher maintenance complexity. 六、适用应用 Application 汽车注塑件、电子外壳、家电塑件、PET瓶胚注塑、化妆品包装、各类改性塑料注塑生产。 Automotive injection parts, electronic housings, home appliance plastic parts, PET preform injection, cosmetic packaging, modified plastic injection molding.
