气动真空上料机(QVC系列)工作原理

It realizes closed‑loop intermittent cyclic conveying of powder and granular materials. 实现粉体、颗粒物料间歇式闭环循环输送。
完整循环步骤
- 吸料阶段 When “ON/OFF” button is pressed, compressed‑air enters vacuum generator, pneumatic cylinder closes discharge gate, vacuum is built inside vacuum hopper. 按下开/关按键,压缩空气进入真空发生器,气缸驱动卸料门关闭,真空料斗内部建立负压。
Material is sucked into vacuum hopper through suction hose under vacuum airflow. 在真空气流作用下,物料经由吸料软管被吸入真空料斗。
Filter separates air and material, powder is retained inside hopper. 过滤器完成气料分离,粉料被截留在料斗内部。
- 卸料+过滤器反吹阶段 After adjustable feeding time, compressed‑air supply cuts off, vacuum disappears. 到达可调节的上料时间后,切断压缩空气,真空消失。
Pneumatic cylinder opens discharge gate, material falls by gravity into receiving equipment(tablet press,packing machine etc.). 气缸打开卸料门,物料依靠重力落入下游接收设备(压片机、包装机等)。
Meanwhile, compressed‑air stored in air tank performs reverse‑blow to clean filter automatically. 与此同时,储气罐储存的压缩空气对过滤器进行反吹,完成滤芯自动清灰。
- 循环重启 After adjustable discharge time, compressed‑air restarts, discharge gate closes, equipment starts next feeding cycle. 经过可调节卸料时间,重新供给压缩空气,卸料门关闭,设备开启下一轮上料。
The equipment runs in cycles to realize continuous material supply for downstream equipment. 设备循环往复运行,实现对下游设备连续供料。
料位控制功能(选配)
When material‑level of receiving‑hopper is higher than setting position, feeder stops feeding automatically. 接收设备料斗料位高于设定位置,上料机自动停止上料。
When material‑level drops below setting position, feeder auto‑starts feeding. 料位低于设定位置,上料机自动启动上料。
设备优势
Reduce labor intensity, eliminate powder flying, meet GMP production requirements. 降低工人劳动强度,消除粉尘飞扬,满足GMP生产要求。
补充说明:设备属于间歇循环工作,不是不间断连续吸料,依靠时间继电器/料位传感器控制整套循环时序。
