Please note: LIW feeder targets 24‑hour continuous extrusion. For intermittent injection molding & conventional blown‑film, GIW gain‑in‑weight blender is better choice.

1. Material property (Top priority)

‑ Free‑flowing pellets & free‑flow powder: Single‑screw LIW feeder, simple structure, easy maintenance and cost‑effective. ‑ Bridging, cohesive powder, talc, calcium carbonate, glass fiber: Twin‑screw LIW feeder with agitator to prevent material bridging and ensure stable feeding. ‑ Micro‑additive (0.1‑50 kg/h): Special micro‑loss‑in‑weight feeder with small‑diameter screw. ‑ Corrosive, food & pharmaceutical application: 304 / 316 stainless steel wetted parts.
