失重式喂料机LIW为连续闭环重量计量设备,主打不间断连续喂料,擅长粉体、玻纤、微量助剂精准添加;主要配套各类挤出产线,不适合间断批次生产的注塑单机。

1、双螺杆改性造粒生产线(*主流)

填充改性、增强改性、阻燃改性、合金材料造粒;可连续添加树脂颗粒、碳酸钙、滑石粉、玻纤、阻燃剂、炭黑等多种组份;多台失重喂料机组合,分别独立喂入主喂料口或者侧喂料口,保障配方比例稳定,是改性工厂标配设备。

2、PET / rPET回收再生造粒

PET瓶片、rPET回收料挤出造粒;连续添加扩链剂、增韧剂、填料;产线高速不间断运行,对助剂添加精度要求高。

3、薄膜挤出产线

  • 流延膜产线:CPP、CPE流延膜,高速连续挤出,填充粉体、功能母粒连续计量供给。
  • 高速吹膜产线:高产能PE薄膜、农用地膜,需要跟随挤出主机速度实时调节喂料速率。

    普通低速吹膜优先选用GIW增重批次混料机。

4、片材、板材、管材挤出

PET片材、PP/PE厚板、塑胶管材挤出;填充粉体、功能助剂连续定量添加,保障制品厚度与物性稳定。

5、母粒生产产线

色母粒、功能母粒、驻极母粒造粒;炭黑、钛白粉等高填充粉体连续精准喂料。

6、无纺布、熔喷料挤出

PP熔喷料、无纺布改性;微量助剂、粉体填料连续稳定添加。

7、PLA可降解材料、生物塑料挤出

生物基粉体、淀粉类填料连续配料。

8、其它工况

化工粉体连续配料;新能源粉体喂料(锂电行业);需要与挤出机转速联动、24小时不间断连续生产的工况。

❌不适用场景:普通注塑单机、频繁换色小批量生产、预算有限优先选增重式GIW混料机。

Loss‑in‑Weight (LIW) feeder is continuous closed‑loop gravimetric dosing unit. It excels at non‑stop feeding, accurate dosing for powder, glass‑fiber and micro‑additives. Mainly matched with extrusion lines, not designed for discontinuous single‑injection‑molding machines.

1. Twin‑screw compounding & pelletizing (Most‑popular application)

Filled modification, glass‑fiber reinforcement, flame‑retardant compounding & polymer alloy pelletizing. Multiple LIW feeders work together to feed resin pellets, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, glass fiber, flame retardant, carbon black into main feeding throat or side feeder. Ensure stable formula ratio, standard equipment for compounding plants.

2. PET / rPET recycling pelletizing

PET flakes & post‑consumer rPET re‑processing. Continuous dosing of chain extender, toughener and fillers for non‑stop high‑speed recycling lines.

3. Film extrusion lines

‑ Cast film line: CPP, CPE cast‑film, high‑speed continuous extrusion, continuous dosing for powder fillers & functional masterbatch. ‑ High‑speed blown‑film line: High‑output PE agricultural film, feeding rate dynamically synchronized with extruder RPM.

For low‑speed conventional blown‑film, GIW gain‑in‑weight blender is preferred.

4. Sheet, board & pipe extrusion

PET sheet, PP/PE board, plastic pipe extrusion. Continuous dosing of powder fillers & additives to stabilize product thickness and physical performance.

5. Masterbatch production line

Color masterbatch, functional masterbatch, electret masterbatch pelletizing. Stable feeding for high‑loading powder such as carbon black and TiO₂.

6. Non‑woven & melt‑blown material extrusion

PP melt‑blown material, non‑woven fabric modification. Stable continuous feeding for micro‑additives and powder fillers.

7. PLA biodegradable & bioplastic extrusion

Continuous batching for bio‑based material and starch‑type fillers.

8. Other applications

Chemical powder continuous dosing; new‑energy lithium‑battery powder feeding; any process requiring 24‑h non‑stop production synchronized with extruder speed.

❌Not suitable: Stand‑alone injection molding machine, frequent color‑change small‑batch production. Choose GIW gain‑in‑weight blender for cost‑effective solution.
