English Gain‑in‑Weight (GIW) Gravimetric Batch Blender works on batch‑cycle principle. All components are dosed sequentially into one shared weighing chamber. After finishing weighing for every ingredient, all materials are discharged into mixing chamber for homogenization. Handles virgin pellets, regrind, color masterbatch and pellet‑form additives. Batching result is immune to material density, particle size and moisture fluctuation. Widely applied in injection molding, conventional blown‑film, pipe & sheet extrusion, rPET recycling compounding. Can be overhead‑mounted as standalone unit or integrated into central material feeding system. Compare with Loss‑in‑Weight (LIW): GIW works in batch cycles with cost advantage; LIW weighs each hopper individually for non‑stop continuous feeding, preferred for high‑speed extrusion lines.

  2. 各个原料料斗气动阀门依次打开,物料落入共用称重仓,传感器实时采集重量;
  3. 单种原料到达设定重量,料门关闭,切换下一组分投料;
  4. 全部组份称量完成之后,称重仓底阀打开,所有物料一起下落到搅拌腔混合;
  5. 混合完成整批出料供给主机,随即开启下一轮称重循环。

关键点:先全部称完,再混合出料,只用一套称重传感器完成多组份计量,设备成本优于多传感器失重机型。
