Product Overview

English Gravimetric Batch Blender (Gain‑in‑Weight / GIW type) is a multi‑component weight‑based dosing and mixing unit for plastic processing industry. It sequentially weighs virgin pellets, regrind, color masterbatch and functional additives batch‑by‑batch, delivers accurate proportion and homogeneous mixing before feeding to injection molding machine, extruder or blown‑film line. Different from volumetric mixer, dosing depends on actual material weight instead of volume. Accuracy will not be affected by fluctuation of material density, particle size or moisture. It can run standalone at machine throat or integrate with central material feeding system for whole‑workshop automatic batching.

Working Principle

English Gain‑in‑Weight batch operation principle. Operators call preset recipe on HMI touch screen. Each raw material hopper opens pneumatic gate sequentially, material drops into central weighing chamber. High‑precision load‑cells detect real‑time weight. Once target weight for one component is achieved, gate closes and switches to next ingredient. After all components are fully weighed, bottom valve of weighing chamber opens. All materials fall into mixing chamber for thorough blending, then discharge complete batch to processing machine. The unit repeats weighing‑mixing‑discharge cycle continuously for stable production.
