# Bright PET Crystallizer
### Brief Description
Bright PET Crystallizer is a special pre-crystallization equipment exclusively for full bright transparent PET pellets without titanium dioxide matting agent. It is widely matched with PET preform injection molding, transparent food container and optical BOPET film production lines.
Full bright PET has no isolating powder inside, so it easily softens, sticks and bridges inside dehumidifying dryer under high temperature. This machine adopts gradient circulating hot air and low-speed agitator (8~12 RPM) to induce ordered molecular rearrangement on pellet surface, forming a hard microcrystalline shell to raise softening point of PET and eliminate caking thoroughly.
### Unique Anti-sticking Design for Bright PET
1. Mirror polished 304 stainless steel inner tank and anti-stir paddles, no dead angle for material adhesion;
