预结晶机 Pre-crystallizer，全称 PET 预结晶机，是 PET 原料加工前的前置热处理设备，主要用于大有光透明 PET 切片、再生 rPET 瓶片的预结晶处理。
PET 原料属于无定型高分子材料，高温环境下容易软化粘连，尤其是不含钛白粉的大有光料，软化点更低，直接进入除湿干燥机烘干极易结块搭桥。预结晶机通过热风加热、低速搅拌翻动，让 PET 颗粒表层分子重新排列结晶，形成一层硬质微晶层，提高物料的耐热温度，防止干燥过程中粘料堵料。
物料在预结晶机内经过 140~150℃恒温烘烤，停留 30~45 分钟，结晶度达到 38%~45% 后，再送入分子筛除湿干燥机深度脱水，能有效消除注塑瓶胚气泡、银纹、白雾、乙醛超标等不，良问题，是 PET 瓶胚、透明片材挤出生产线必不可少的辅机。

Pre-crystallizer
Pre-crystallizer is a preheating and pre-crystallization auxiliary machine for PET raw material processing. It is mainly used for full bright PET pellets and recycled rPET flakes.
PET is amorphous polymer material, which is easy to soften and stick together under high temperature. Especially bright PET without titanium dioxide matting agent has low softening point. If directly sent to the dehumidifying dryer, pellets will cake and block the pipeline.
Pre-crystallizer heats materials with circulating hot air and stirs pellets at low speed. It makes PET molecular chains rearrange on the pellet surface and form a hard microcrystalline layer to raise the heat resistance temperature of PET.
Materials stay in the pre-crystallizer at 140~150℃ for 30~45 minutes to reach 38%~45% crystallinity, then transport to desiccant dryer for deep drying. It can effectively reduce bubbles, silver streaks, haze and high acetaldehyde content during PET injection molding and extrusion, widely matched with PET preform and sheet production lines.
