Materials accumulate and block pipelines, stopping conveying. Main causes: insufficient air velocity, damp & agglomerated materials, material buildup at elbows/reducers and overfeeding. ## 二、输送能力下降 Reduced Conveying Capacity **中文** 出料量变少、输送效率降低。诱因：风机压力/风量衰减、管路漏气、滤袋堵塞、料仓架桥断料。 **English** Lower material output and efficiency. Causes: decreased fan pressure/air volume, air leakage in pipelines, clogged filter bags, material bridging in silos. ## 三、粉尘泄漏 Dust Leakage **中文** 设备法兰、检修口、旋转卸料阀、管道接缝处漏粉，污染环境。主要为密封件老化、安装松动、负压不足。 **English** Dust escapes from flanges, access doors, rotary airlocks and pipe joints, causing pollution. Caused by worn seals, loose installation and insufficient negative pressure. ## 四、风机异常 Fan Malfunction **中文** 风机异响、过热、振动大、电流偏高。原因：轴承磨损、叶轮积灰失衡、润滑不足、负载过载。 **English** Abnormal noise, overheating, severe vibration and high current. Causes: bearing wear, dust buildup on impeller, poor lubrication and overload. ## 五、旋转卸料阀故障 Rotary Airlock Malfunction **中文** 卡料、转不动、漏风漏料、转速不稳。多为异物卡阻、叶片磨损、间隙变大、电机故障。 **English** Jamming, stalling, air/material leakage and unstable speed. Causes: foreign objects, worn vanes, enlarged clearance and motor failure. ## 六、气料分离/除尘效果差 Poor Separation & Dust Removal **中文** 尾气带粉严重、粉尘回收不达标。问题出在滤袋破损、滤袋糊堵、旋风分离器效率下降。 **English** Exhaust air carries excessive dust, failing dust collection standard. Causes: damaged or blinded filter bags, low efficiency of cyclone separator. ## 七、物料破损严重 Excessive Material Degradation **中文** 易碎物料碎裂、粉化。主要因气流速度过快、管路弯头过多、管件耐磨性能不足。 **English** Fragile materials get crushed and powdered. Causes: excessive air velocity, too many elbows and poor wear resistance of fittings. ## 八、系统压力异常 Abnormal System Pressure **中文** 负压过低或正压骤升，系统工况紊乱。常见于管路漏气、堵料、除尘器阻力骤增。 **English** Abnormally low negative pressure or sharp rise of positive pressure, leading to unstable operation. Mainly caused by air leakage, blockage and increased resistance of dust collector.
