Arrange pipelines with gentle slope to eliminate dead zones. --- ## 二、堵料后现场处理 ### 中文 1. **停机泄压** 立即停止进料、关停风机,待管路内部压力完全释放后再作业,防止喷料伤人。 2. **分段清堵** 从进料端向出料端逐段检查,优先清理弯头、三通、变径等易堵位置;可通过检修口、清堵口人工清料。 3. **气动吹扫** 接入备用压缩空气,反向/正向分段吹扫管路,松散堆积物料。 4. **检查排查** 清堵后查看管路内壁是否磨损、挂料,密封及管件有无异常。 ### English 1. **Stop operation and release pressure** Cut off feeding and shut down the fan.
