1. Overview
This equipment is specially developed for 72-cavity high-speed PET preform injection molding lines, mainly used to solve the condensation problem caused by the temperature difference between the low-temperature cooling mold (10~25℃) and the high-humidity workshop environment (25~35℃, 50%~90%RH). It adopts advanced dehumidification technology and synchronous blowing system to completely eliminate condensation on mold cavities, parting surfaces and ejector pins, ensure preform transparency and qualification rate, protect molds from rust and jamming, and realize 24-hour continuous and stable production.

3. Working Principle
1. Ambient air is drawn into the equipment by the main fan and filtered through a 3-stage filtration system (G4+F8+H13) to remove dust, lint and impurities, protecting the dehumidification rotor and preventing nozzle blockage.
2. The filtered clean air enters the honeycomb rotor / molecular sieve dehumidification system. The microporous structure inside the rotor absorbs moisture in the air, processing the air into ultra-low dew point dry air (dew point ≤-40℃).
3. The dry air is heated to 40~60℃ (adjustable) by the constant temperature heating system to avoid secondary condensation when it contacts the cold mold, without affecting mold cooling and molding cycle.
4. The heated dry air is evenly distributed to 72 cavity nozzles, parting surface air curtain and ejector pin blowing ports through the multi-channel air distribution system, ensuring uniform air volume in each cavity.
5. The equipment is linked with the injection molding machine: it starts blowing automatically when the mold is opened (blowing time: 0.5~2 seconds, adjustable) and stops immediately when the mold is closed, without affecting production efficiency.
6. The parting surface air curtain forms a dry air wall to isolate humid workshop air from the cold mold, fundamentally preventing re-condensation.
7. When the dehumidification rotor is saturated with moisture, it automatically enters the high-temperature regeneration zone (120~140℃). High-temperature hot air desorbs moisture to restore the dehumidification capacity of the rotor, realizing 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
4. Structure Composition
1. 3-Stage Filtration System: G4 primary filter, F8 intermediate filter, H13 HEPA high-efficiency filter (drawer-type design, easy to disassemble, clean and replace).
2. Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidification System: Core dehumidification unit, including dehumidification rotor, regeneration fan and regeneration heating tube.
3. Constant Temperature Heating & Air Supply System: Centrifugal main fan, 304 stainless steel heating tube, temperature sensor and thermal insulation air duct.
4. 72-Cavity Uniform Air Distribution System: Multi-channel flow divider with adjustable air volume, ensuring uniform air supply for each cavity (air volume deviation ≤5%).
5. Mold Blowing System: 72 cavity-specific copper alloy nozzles, parting surface air curtain and ejector pin blowing nozzles (detachable, easy to clean).
6. PLC Intelligent Control System: PLC controller, 7-inch color touch screen, dew point sensor, temperature sensor, sound and light alarm and other electrical components (Schneider/Siemens/Omron brand).
