深度除湿(Deep Dehumidification)是注塑瓶坯模具除露机的核心工序,也是从根源解决模具结露的关键。其核心目的是将经过三级过滤后的洁净空气,处理为超低露点的干燥空气,彻底去除空气中的水汽,避免潮湿空气与低温模具接触后产生凝露,进而保障瓶坯成型质量。
本设备采用蜂巢转轮(或分子筛)作为核心除湿载体,转轮内部布满密集的微孔结构,这类微孔具有极强的水汽吸附能力,且仅吸附空气中的水分,不影响空气流通。当过滤后的洁净空气穿过除湿转轮时,空气中的水汽会被转轮内部的吸附介质牢牢锁定,经过处理后的空气,露点温度可稳定达到≤-40℃(推荐范围-40℃~-50℃),成为超干燥空气,从源头切断凝露产生的条件。
为实现24小时连续除湿,设备配备自动再生系统:当除湿转轮吸附水汽达到饱和后,会自动切换至再生区域,通过120~140℃的高温热风对转轮进行脱附处理,将吸附的水汽烘干并排出设备,转轮随后恢复吸附能力,重新进入除湿区域工作,形成“除湿-再生”的循环闭环,确保深度除湿效果持续稳定,适配PET瓶坯高速注塑的连续生产需求。
深度除湿的核心优势的是,可精准控制空气含水量,即使在高湿车间、梅雨季节或沿海地区,也能稳定输出超低露点干燥空气,彻底杜绝模具型腔、分型面、顶针区域的凝露,避免瓶坯出现发白、雾斑、水纹等质量缺陷,同时保护模具不受锈蚀,延长模具使用寿命。
### English Introduction
Deep Dehumidification is the core process of the PET preform mold dehumidifier and the key to fundamentally solving mold condensation. Its core purpose is to process the clean air filtered by the 3-stage filtration system into ultra-low dew point dry air, completely remove water vapor in the air, and avoid condensation caused by the contact between humid air and low-temperature molds, thereby ensuring the quality of preform molding.
This equipment adopts a honeycomb rotor (or molecular sieve) as the core dehumidification carrier. The interior of the rotor is covered with dense microporous structures, which have strong water vapor adsorption capacity and only adsorb water vapor in the air without affecting air circulation. When the filtered clean air passes through the dehumidification rotor, the water vapor in the air will be firmly locked by the adsorption medium inside the rotor. The treated air can stably reach a dew point temperature of ≤-40℃ (recommended range: -40℃~-50℃), becoming ultra-dry air and cutting off the conditions for condensation from the source.
To achieve 24-hour continuous dehumidification, the equipment is equipped with an automatic regeneration system: when the dehumidification rotor is saturated with adsorbed water vapor, it will automatically switch to the regeneration zone. The rotor is desorbed by high-temperature hot air of 120~140℃ to dry and discharge the adsorbed water vapor. The rotor then restores its adsorption capacity and re-enters the dehumidification zone to work, forming a closed cycle of "dehumidification-regeneration". This ensures that the deep dehumidification effect is continuously stable, adapting to the continuous production needs of high-speed PET preform injection molding.
The core advantage of deep dehumidification is that it can accurately control the water content of the air. Even in high-humidity workshops, rainy seasons or coastal areas, it can stably output ultra-low dew point dry air, completely eliminating condensation on mold cavities, parting surfaces and ejector pin areas. It avoids quality defects such as whitening, fogging and water marks on preforms, and at the same time protects the mold from rust and extends the service life of the mold.
