一、校准前确认 Pre‑Calibration Check

- 尽量关闭周边振动源(挤出机、风机、破碎机),减少振动干扰。
- 避免气流直吹料斗,气流会产生虚假载荷。

二、零点校准详细操作步骤 Step‑by‑Step

进入喂料控制器操作界面,打开【校准Calibration】菜单,选择【零点校准 Zero Calibration】。
部分设备叫:归零、零点设定、Auto‑Zero。
- 系统会提示确认料斗已经清空。再次目视确认料斗内部完全空载。

确认后系统开始采集重量信号,等待读数稳定(重量数值不再大幅度跳动)。
如果数值持续跳动:说明存在振动、机械干涉,此时不能确认零点,先排除故障。
- 读数稳定后,确认执行零点;控制器把当前空载状态设置为零点,重量显示变为0。
- 校准完成,退出校准菜单,回到运行界面。观察空载重量读数,应当稳定在0附近(允许极小的尾数漂移)。
