一、校准前准备 Pre‑calibration Preparation

  1. 设备状态:喂料机必须处于静止稳定状态,挤出主机停机,禁止螺杆正在出料时做校准。
  2. 隔离振动:确认现场振动源(风机、挤出机、破碎机)尽量停机;避免振动传递至称重料斗。
  3. 机械检查:确认料斗无机械干涉,料斗不碰机架、管路;软连接波纹管不能拉扯、挤压料斗,不能给称重单元施加外力。
  4. 清理料斗:清空料斗,**内壁挂料、结块残留;残留物料会直接造成零点标定错误。
  5. 环境条件:设备充分预热,温度稳定;避免风口直吹料斗(气流会产生风力载荷,干扰称重)。
  6. 砝码要求:量程标定使用经过校验的标准砝码,砝码重量建议为称重量程的50%‑80%,禁止使用自制非标重物。

  4. Clean hopper: Fully empty hopper, remove hanging material and caking residue. Residual material causes wrong zero‑point value.
  5. Environment: Let machine warm‑up to stable temperature. Avoid direct air blowing onto hopper. Air flow creates extra force on load‑cell.
  6. Standard weights: Use certified calibration weights. Recommended weight: 50%‑80% of full scale. Do not use uncertified custom weights.

二、零点校准注意事项 Zero Calibration Key Points

  1. 零点校准时料斗必须空载,料斗内不能有任何物料,砝码、工具也不能放置在料斗上。
  2. 启动零点标定后,等待重量读数稳定不再跳动,再确认执行零点。读数持续波动要排查振动、机械刮蹭。
  3. 触发零点校准的时机:开机、更换料斗/传感器、撞击过后、清机完成、环境温度大幅变化。
  4. ⚠️禁止在料斗有物料情况下执行零点,会造成系统性流量偏差。

  1. Hopper must be completely empty during zero calibration. No material, weights or tools inside.
  2. Wait until weight reading becomes stable before confirming zero. Continuous fluctuation indicates vibration or mechanical friction.
  3. Perform zero calibration: after power‑on, hopper / load‑cell replacement, impact, cleaning, large ambient temperature change.
  4. ⚠️Never run zero calibration with material inside hopper, it will cause permanent systematic flow deviation.

三、砝码量程标定(Span标定)注意事项 Span Calibration

  1. 零点标定完成之后,再做量程标定;顺序不可颠倒。
  2. 砝码必须平稳放置在料斗中心位置,不要偏载;偏载会带来传感器输出误差。
  3. 放置砝码后,等待读数完全稳定,再输入砝码标准重量。
  4. 量程标定不需要频繁操作;仅在更换传感器、料斗、大修之后执行,日常生产不用反复砝码标定。

  2. Place weights at hopper center, avoid eccentric load. Eccentric placement brings load‑cell reading error.
  3. Wait for reading fully stable before inputting nominal weight value.

四、物料跑料标定(实际物料标定)注意事项 Material Run‑off Test

这是对实际生产精度影响*大的一步 中文

  1. 必须使用现场实际生产物料,不能用别的颗粒/粉体替代;不同物料堆积密度、流动性不一样,标定结果无效。
  2. 跑料标定建议在设备常用工作流量下进行,优先选择20%‑100%额定流量区间,不要在极低流量下标定。
  3. 跑料收集容器必须独立,不能接触喂料机机体,收集容器不能给设备带来任何外力。
  4. 收集后的物料要用精度足够的外部电子秤称重;电子秤量程、精度要匹配收集物料重量。
  5. 更换物料牌号、更换螺杆、更换搅拌机构后,必须重新做物料跑料标定。
  6. 跑料标定前,先完成零点校准。

  1. Use actual process material only. Do not substitute with other pellets or powders. Different bulk density and flow property invalidate calibration result.
  2. Run test under normal production flow rate (20%‑100% of rated capacity). Avoid calibrating at extremely low throughput.
  3. Material collection container shall be fully independent, no physical contact with feeder unit.
  4. Weigh collected material with qualified external balance with proper range and accuracy.
  5. Re‑run material calibration after material grade change, screw replacement or agitator modification.
  6. Complete zero calibration before run‑off test.

五、校准完成后验证与禁忌 Post‑calibration Check & Forbidden Operations

  1. 校准结束后,进行短时间试跑,对比设定流量与实际称重流量,确认偏差在允许范围。
  2. 如果校准后精度依然差,不要反复重复校准。优先排查:振动、挂壁搭桥、软连接拉扯、流量是否低于设备合理区间、传感器量程是否匹配。
  3. 补料阶段为容积模式,该阶段的流量波动不能靠校准消除,属于原理特性。
  4. 禁止带电插拔称重传感器信号线,容易损坏传感器。
  5. 校准后不要改动称重单元机械位置、不要拧紧或松动称重组件固定螺丝。
