适用物料 Suitable Materials

粉体工况需要配置搅拌破拱机构，防止架桥。

English Plastic pellets, glass fiber, various powders (CaCO₃, talcum, flame‑retardant powder), flakes, short fibers.

Agitator / bridge‑breaker is required for powder material to avoid bridging.

❌不适用场景 Not‑Recommended Applications

1. 单机注塑机边配料：投资成本高，连续喂料对于注塑间歇生产发挥不出优势，优先选用增重式GIW拌料机。
2. 小批量、频繁换色且预算有限的工况：失重系统通道多，清机拆装复杂，换色耗时久。
3. 大块、缠绕、流动性极差物料，容易卡螺杆。

1. Single‑machine injection‑molding side feeding: high investment cost, continuous feeding shows no advantage for intermittent injection process; GIW batch blender is preferred.
2. Small‑batch & frequent color‑change with limited budget: multi‑channel LIW system requires complicated disassembly‑cleaning and long color‑change time.
3. Large lump, tangled or very poor‑flow materials which may jam screw.
