主要劣势 Main Disadvantages
1.间歇批次式工作,不适合超大产能连续挤出
中文 设备是一批一批循环工作,称重、搅拌、卸料需要占用周期时间。小时产能存在上限。 对于高速大产能连续挤出(流延膜、大产能造粒线),批次等待会造成供料瓶颈,这类场景优先选择失重式LIW连续喂料系统。下游必须配置缓冲料斗,才能实现主机连续生产。
English It runs on intermittent batch cycles. Weighing, mixing and discharging take cycle time, which sets an upper limit for hourly throughput. For high‑speed high‑capacity continuous extrusion such as cast‑film or large‑scale compounding lines, batch waiting will create feeding bottleneck. Loss‑in‑Weight (LIW) continuous feeding system is preferred for such cases. A downstream buffer hopper is mandatory to achieve continuous feeding for main processor.
2.微量配比精度差(小占比组分)
中文 整机共用单套称重传感器,传感器量程由整批总重量决定。当某一组分占比很低(一般<0.5%),小重量叠加在大批次重量之上,传感器的固有相对误差会被放大,配比误差变大。
解决方案:微量色母/助剂建议搭配独立失重喂料机。
English Only one shared load‑cell whose measuring range is determined by total batch weight. For low‑percentage components (typically below 0.5%), small target weight is superimposed on large batch mass, which amplifies relative error of load‑cell and leads to poor dosing accuracy.
Solution: Use separate loss‑in‑weight feeder for micro‑color masterbatch or additives.
3.对现场振动非常敏感
中文 称重斗悬空吊挂在传感器上,注塑机、破碎机、风机带来的震动会造成称重漂移、零点偏移,直接导致配比不准。安装位置必须远离振动源,机架需要稳固,不能和振动设备共用机架。
English The weighing hopper is suspended on load‑cells. Vibration from injection machines, crushers or blowers will cause weighing drift and zero‑point offset, resulting in inaccurate ratio. It shall be installed far from vibration sources with rigid stand, and shall not share frame with vibrating equipment.
4.细粉、粉尘物料容易挂壁,引发配比漂移
中文 破碎回料携带细粉、粉体助剂,会粘附在称重斗、料斗内壁。残留物料会计入下一批次重量,造成实际配比偏离设定值,需要频繁人工清理。不适合纯超细粉体直接使用。
English Fines from crushed regrind or powder additives tend to stick to inner wall of weighing hopper and raw‑material hoppers. Residual material will interfere with next‑batch weight reading and cause ratio deviation. Frequent manual cleaning is required. Not suitable for pure ultra‑fine powder.
5.换色换料清洗工作量偏大
中文 多组分结构,称重斗、搅拌仓、各个储料斗都存在物料死角。更换颜色或不同物料时,需要拆解多个部件彻底清机;相比单通道失重喂料机,换料耗时更长。
English Multi‑hopper structure creates material dead zones inside raw‑material hoppers, weighing chamber and mixing chamber. Full disassembly of multiple components is required for color‑change or material change. Material change‑over takes longer time compared with single‑channel loss‑in‑weight feeders.
6.单批次重量固定,柔性受限
中文 机器规格由单批重量决定。如果生产工况波动很大,既要做很小批次,又要做大批次,同一台设备很难同时兼顾;大批次机型做小批量配料时,称重相对误差会上升。
English Machine size is defined by batch weight. One unit can hardly handle both very small batches and maximum batches. When large‑batch model runs small‑volume batching, relative weighing error increases.
