中文 间歇式增重重力计量混料机(Gravimetric Batch Blender / GIW),属于批次式重量法配料设备,替代传统容积式拌料机。设备依靠高精度称重传感器,对新料、回料、色母粒、功能助剂等多种塑料颗粒依次称重、配比、混合。不受物料密度、湿度、颗粒形态波动影响,配比精度高,稳定制品色差、克重与产品性能。可单机架设于注塑机料斗上方,也可对接中央供料系统,广泛应用于注塑、挤出、吹膜、管材、3D打印耗材、降解塑料改性生产线。
English Gravimetric Batch Blender (Gain‑in‑Weight / GIW type) is a batch‑mode gravimetric dosing equipment, replacing traditional volumetric blenders. Equipped with high‑precision load cells, it sequentially weighs, proportions and mixes multiple plastic pellets including virgin resin, regrind, color masterbatch and functional additives. Free from the influence of material density, humidity and particle‑shape variation, it delivers high batching accuracy and stabilizes product color, gram‑weight and physical performance. It can be mounted directly above injection machine throat or integrated into central material handling system. Widely applied in injection molding, extrusion, blow‑molding, pipe production, 3D‑printing filament and biodegradable‑plastic compounding lines。
工作原理 Working Principle
中文 采用间歇批次循环工作模式。系统调取预设配方,各储料斗物料依靠重力依次落入共用称重斗;称重传感器实时采集重量,达到目标重量后关闭料门。全部组分称重完成,物料卸入搅拌仓,桨叶搅拌设定时间完成混料;混合完毕卸料输出,随即启动下一个配料批次。后端增加缓冲料斗,可实现下游主机连续生产。
English It works in intermittent batch cycles. The system loads preset recipes. Materials from each hopper fall by gravity sequentially into one shared weighing chamber. Load cells measure real‑time weight and close the dosing gate once target weight is achieved. Upon completion of all‑component weighing, materials are discharged into mixing chamber and blended by paddles for pre‑set mixing time. Finished mixture is discharged, and a new batch cycle starts. A downstream buffer hopper enables continuous feeding for processing machines。
