English Gravimetric Batch Blender (TGB series, gain‑in‑weight type) adopts weight‑based dosing technology instead of traditional volumetric blender. It automatically weighs virgin pellets, regrind, color masterbatch and functional additives. After sequential weighing & precise proportioning, materials are fully mixed and fed to injection molding, extrusion, blow‑molding, PET compounding and 3D filament production lines. It is immune to fluctuation of material density, humidity and particle shape, stabilizes product color and gram‑weight, reduces reject rate. Can work standalone or integrate into central material feeding system.

High‑precision load cell reads real‑time weight and cuts off feeding once target value reached.
