2. 核心工作原理

2)再生阶段:饱和吸水的分子筛塔通入高温热风,加热脱除水分,再冷却降温恢复吸附能力;
两塔自动切换,实现 24 小时连续不间断供干风。

二、English Introduction

Molecular Sieve Plastic Dryer

This is a deep dehumidifying drying equipment specially designed for plastic injection and extrusion industries. It adopts molecular sieve to absorb moisture in air and produce hot dry air with ultra-low dew point. It is used to dry hygroscopic plastic pellets such as PET, TPU, PC and nylon, eliminating common defects including material hydrolysis, silver streaks, bubbles and brittle finished parts.

Working Principle

Equipped with dual-tower molecular sieve system, two towers work alternately in circulation:
  1. Adsorption Process: Wet air passes through molecular sieve which captures water molecules, then low dew point dry hot air is delivered to hopper to dry plastic pellets.
  2. Regeneration Process: High-temperature hot air blows through saturated molecular sieve tower to evaporate absorbed water. After cooling, molecular sieve regains full adsorption capacity.
    Automatic switching between two towers enables 24-hour continuous supply of dry air without stop.
