Integrated pre-crystallization & deep drying all-in-one design This machine combines the functions of independent pre-crystallizer and dehumidifying dryer into one single unit. It finishes surface crystallization and low-dew-point moisture removal continuously without intermediate material transfer. The integrated layout saves factory floor space, reduces auxiliary conveying equipment, simplifies production line configuration, and cuts down overall equipment investment and routine maintenance costs compared with split-type systems. 2. Low-speed low-shear agitation system with powerful anti-bridging performance Equipped with high-torque variable frequency reducer and combined ribbon-rake stirring paddles, the rotation speed is adjustable within 5–20 RPM. Gentle flipping avoids fierce friction between PET flakes or pellets, effectively lowering fine powder generation and raw material loss. The cone-bottom scraper structure eliminates material dead zones inside the tank. Constant slow stirring prevents irregular recycled PET flakes from stacking, bridging and blocking the tank, solving the common clogging problem of static drying hoppers. 3. Precise multi-stage temperature control & stable crystallization effect It adopts segmented temperature curve control including preheating, crystallization and constant-temperature drying. The SUS304 mirror-polished inner tank is wrapped with thick thermal insulation layers, keeping temperature fluctuation within ±1℃. Materials are heated uniformly to form a compact microcrystalline shell on the surface, which greatly lifts PET softening point and avoids melting adhesion on the tank wall during high-temperature processing. The crystallinity can be stably controlled between 40% and 48% to match the processing requirements of recycled PET. 4. Closed-loop low dew-point hot air circulation with energy-saving design Matched with molecular sieve dehumidification system, the circulating hot air dew point reaches ≤ -50℃, providing sufficient dry atmosphere for deep PET dehydration. Wet hot air after heat exchange is recycled for waste heat recovery after dehumidification and filtration, which reduces heating energy consumption by 15%~25%. Built-in cyclone dust collector and HEPA filter separate flake dust, keeping materials clean and avoiding surface defects on finished plastic products. 5. Uniform drying quality to stabilize recycled PET viscosity Continuous agitation makes every piece of PET fully contact dry hot air in all directions, completely avoiding local damp materials inside the tank. After long-term constant-temperature drying, the moisture content of output PET can be stably controlled below 50 ppm. It effectively restrains PET hydrolysis in extruders, prevents intrinsic viscosity decline, and eliminates common defects such as bubbles, silver streaks, haze and brittle fracture on extruded sheets or pellets. 6. Intelligent PLC automatic control with complete safety interlock The touchscreen PLC system stores standard process curves for different PET materials. It monitors material level, tank temperature, hot air dew point and stirring torque in real time. Multiple automatic alarm and protection functions are available for over-temperature, material shortage, motor overload and material blockage. The machine supports automatic linkage with vacuum loaders, extruders and pelletizers to realize unattended continuous production. 7. Wide material compatibility, targeted for recycled PET production It works perfectly for washed rPET crushed flakes, mixed virgin & recycled PET, semi-dull and full-dull fiber-grade PET chips, suitable for recycled PET pelletizing, sheet, strapping tape and staple fiber production lines. The only limitation is that it is not recommended for independent processing of full bright transparent PET pellets, as long-time high-temperature stirring may cause slight yellowing and increased haze. 8. Durable food-grade stainless steel structure All parts in contact with materials adopt mirror-polished SUS304 stainless steel, featuring smooth surfaces without welding dead angles, easy to clean and free of residual material contamination. Electric heating or thermal oil heating modes are optional to meet different factory heating configuration conditions.
