Inspect heating tubes for aging, scorch or poor contact; replace damaged heating elements timely. 3. Calibrate dew point sensor and temperature probe to ensure accurate data display. 4. Check sealing gaskets of adsorption towers; replace aging gaskets causing air leakage. 5. Lubricate bearing of stirring motor, check reducer oil level. ### 4. Quarterly / Half-year Maintenance 1. Open adsorption towers to inspect molecular sieve condition: sieve agglomeration, powder leakage, contamination. 2. Replace contaminated, pulverized or failed 3A molecular sieve to guarantee stable low dew point. 3. Inspect all thermal insulation layers of air pipes and hoppers, repair damaged insulation to avoid re-moisture. 4. Check PLC control circuit, terminals and contactors for oxidation or loose wiring. ### 5. Annual Overhaul 1. Full disassembly cleaning of twin towers, heat recovery system and all circulating air ducts. 2. Replace all aging sealing rings, filters, temperature sensors and faulty heating tubes. 3.
