PET拉丝干燥系统是聚酯纤维(PET)拉丝生产的核心预处理设备,专为解决PET切片易吸潮、易粘连、高温易水解的特性设计,通过预结晶+深度除湿干燥双流程,将原料含水率稳定降至≤20ppm(拉丝级标准),保障熔体纯净、纺丝连续、丝束强度与均匀性。
系统由结晶器、干燥塔、除湿主机、热风循环、PLC智能控制五大模块组成。PET切片先经真空上料进入结晶器,在140–160℃热风与低速搅拌下完成预结晶,提升软化点、防止结块,停留约45分钟。随后进入干燥塔,与170–180℃、露点≤-40℃的低露点热风逆流接触4–6小时,深度脱除内部水分。除湿主机采用分子筛转轮/双塔结构,持续产出超低露点干燥空气并循环再生,节能高效。系统全程PID精准控温、在线监测露点与含水率,适配1–10吨/小时产能,广泛用于PET长丝、短纤、工业丝、无纺布等拉丝产线,从源头杜绝气泡、断丝、强度不足等缺陷。

The PET wire drawing drying system is the core pretreatment equipment for polyester fiber (PET) filament production, specifically designed to address PET chips’ high hygroscopicity, easy agglomeration, and thermal hydrolysis tendency. It adopts a pre-crystallization + deep dehumidification drying dual process to stably reduce raw material moisture content to ≤20ppm (filament-grade standard), ensuring pure melt, stable spinning, and consistent filament strength and uniformity.
The system consists of five modules: crystallizer, drying tower, dehumidification main unit, hot air circulation, and PLC intelligent control. PET chips are vacuum-fed into the crystallizer first, where pre-crystallization occurs at 140–160°C with hot air and low-speed stirring, raising the softening point and preventing agglomeration for about 45 minutes. The pre-crystallized chips then enter the drying tower, undergoing 4–6 hours of countercurrent contact with 170–180°C hot air at a dew point of ≤-40°C for deep internal moisture removal. The dehumidification unit uses molecular sieve rotor/twin-tower structure to continuously produce ultra-low dew point dry air with cyclic regeneration for high energy efficiency. The whole system features precise PID temperature control and online monitoring of dew point and moisture content, supporting 1–10 tons/hour capacity. It is widely applied in PET filament, staple fiber, industrial yarn, and non-woven fabric production lines, eliminating defects such as bubbles, filament breakage, and insufficient strength at the source.
