该系统以预结晶 + 深度低露点除湿干燥为核心,将 PET 切片含水率精准降至 20ppm 以下的瓶胚注塑**值,彻底避免高温注塑时的 PET 水解降解,同时适配高速注塑的连续化、高节拍、无间断供料要求。
With pre-crystallization + deep low dew point dehumidification drying as the core, the system accurately reduces the moisture content of PET chips to below 20ppm, the safe value for preform injection moulding, completely avoids PET hydrolysis and degradation during high-temperature injection moulding, and at the same time meets the requirements of continuous, high-cycle, uninterrupted feeding for high-speed injection moulding.

Designed specifically for the process characteristics of high-speed preform injection moulding (32/48/96/144/288/320 cavities, single mould cycle 3~5s), the system has the characteristics of high integration, precise temperature and dew point control, airtight moisture-proof, and strong interconnection with injection moulding machines compared with conventional PET drying systems, and is an essential core system for mass production of food, beverage and pharmaceutical grade PET preforms.
一、系统应用核心必要性
瓶胚高速注塑对 PET 切片的干燥品质要求远高于常规 PET 加工,高腔数、高射速的工艺特性会将干燥不达标带来的问题无限放大,直接决定瓶胚成型品质与生产线效率。
High-speed preform injection moulding has much higher requirements for the drying quality of PET chips than conventional PET processing, and the process characteristics of high cavity number and high injection speed will infinitely amplify the problems caused by substandard drying, which directly determines the preform forming quality and production line efficiency.
PET 为强吸湿性材料,若切片含水率>20ppm,高温注塑时会发生剧烈水解,导致瓶胚出现发白、雾斑、气泡、缩痕等外观缺陷,力学性能大幅下降,后续吹瓶易破裂、壁厚不均。
PET is a highly hygroscopic material; if the moisture content of the chips is >20ppm, severe hydrolysis will occur during high-temperature injection moulding, leading to appearance defects such as whitening, foggy spots, bubbles and shrinkage marks on the preforms, a sharp drop in mechanical properties, and easy cracking and uneven wall thickness in subsequent bottle blowing.
瓶胚高速注塑生产线为连续化运行,单模周期仅 3~5s,若干燥系统供料中断、切片干燥不均,会导致整线停机,288 腔生产线每停机 1 分钟即损失超 2000 个瓶胚,产能损耗巨大。
The high-speed preform injection production line runs continuously with a single mould cycle of only 3~5s. If the feeding of the drying system is interrupted or the chip drying is uneven, the entire line will stop. A 288-cavity production line loses more than 2000 preforms per minute of downtime, resulting in huge capacity loss.
常规 PET 干燥系统存在集成化低、露点波动大、易二次吸湿等问题,无法适配高速注塑的精准控温、连续供料、低露点稳定要求,而专用的瓶胚高速注塑干燥系统为工艺量身设计,从根源上解决干燥痛点。

The drying system, together with the preform injection moulding machine and mould dehumidifier, forms the core process chain of high-speed preform injection moulding.
