四、设备核心工作原理
PET 注塑模具除露机的核心工作原理是通过深度除湿制备低露点干燥空气,经精准控温与气流调节后,通过定制化吹扫实现主动除露与被动气帘阻隔,且与注塑机联动同步作业。
The core working principle of PET injection mould dehumidifier is to prepare low dew point dry air through deep dehumidification, after precise temperature control and air flow regulation, realize active dehumidification and passive air curtain isolation through customized purge, and work in interconnection and synchronization with the injection moulding machine.
风冷式除露机为行业主流机型,其工作流程为:环境空气先经双级过滤和气液分离器完成预处理,去除粉尘、油污和液态水,降低除湿模块负荷。
The air-cooled dehumidifier is the mainstream model in the industry, and its working process is: the ambient air is first pretreated by double-stage filtration and gas-liquid separator to remove dust, oil and liquid water, reducing the load of the dehumidification module.
预处理后的空气进入双塔分子筛除湿模块,工作塔内的分子筛吸附水汽,将空气露点降至 - 40℃~-50℃,再生塔则通过 180~200℃的热风实现分子筛的脱附再生,两塔自动交替切换,保证干燥气流无间断供应。
The pretreated air enters the double-tower molecular sieve dehumidification module, the molecular sieve in the working tower adsorbs water vapor, reducing the air dew point to -40℃~-50℃, while the regeneration tower realizes the desorption and regeneration of the molecular sieve through hot air at 180~200℃, and the two towers switch automatically and alternately to ensure the uninterrupted supply of dry air flow.

The low dew point dry air enters the electric heating module and is heated to 40~60℃ according to the process requirements, the high-voltage frequency conversion fan sucks in the heated dry air flow and adjusts it to the set air pressure and volume through the pressure regulating valve and flow sensor.
调节后的干燥气流经不锈钢风管输送至气流分流器,被均匀分配至各定制化喷嘴和气帘条,喷嘴以 5~10m/s 的风速精准吹扫模具凝露区域,吹走冷凝水实现主动除露。
The regulated dry air flow is transported to the air flow diverter through the stainless steel air duct and evenly distributed to each customized nozzle and air curtain strip, the nozzles accurately purge the mould condensation area at a wind speed of 5~10m/s, blowing away the condensed water to achieve active dehumidification.
气帘条同时吹出 3~5m/s 的连续干燥气流,在模具冷模面与环境湿空气之间形成干燥气帘,实现被动阻隔凝露,从根源上防止凝露再生。
At the same time, the air curtain strip blows out a continuous dry air flow of 3~5m/s, forming a dry air curtain between the cold mould surface and the ambient humid air to realize passive condensation isolation and prevent condensation regeneration from the root cause.
设备通过接近开关接收注塑机的开模 / 合模信号,实现联动同步:注塑机开模到位后立即启动吹扫,合模信号触发后即刻停止,吹扫时间 0.5~2s 可调,与 3~5s 的 PET 高速注塑周期精准匹配。
The equipment receives the mould opening/closing signal of the injection moulding machine through the proximity switch to realize interconnection and synchronization: the purge starts immediately after the injection moulding machine is in place for mould opening, and stops immediately after the mould closing signal is triggered, the purge time is adjustable from 0.5~2s, which is precisely matched with the 3~5s PET high-speed injection cycle.
水冷式和冷热风组合式除露机的除湿、吹扫、联动环节与风冷式一致,仅在温控环节做差异化设计,水冷式增加热交换冷却流程,组合式则通过三通阀实现加热与制冷的自由切换。
The dehumidification, purge and interconnection links of water-cooled and cold-hot air combined dehumidifiers are consistent with the air-cooled type, with only differentiated design in the temperature control link, the water-cooled type adds a heat exchange cooling process, and the combined type realizes free switching between heating and cooling through a three-way valve.
所有类型的除露机均配备多项节能设计,变频风机可按需调节风量,余热回收模块能利用再生废风预热进气,联动吹扫仅在开模阶段工作,相比持续吹扫能耗降低 80% 以上。

五、关键工艺参数与调控
PET 注塑模具除露机的除露效果由送风露点、送风温度、送风风压、送风风速和吹扫时间五大核心工艺参数决定,各参数相互耦合,需与模具、注塑工艺精准匹配。
The dehumidification effect of PET injection mould dehumidifier is determined by five core process parameters: supply air dew point, supply air temperature, supply air pressure, supply air speed and purge time, which are coupled with each other and need to be precisely matched with the mould and injection process.
送风露点为设备额定核心参数,稳定在 - 40℃~-50℃且不可调,是实现除露的基础,若露点偏高则会导致气流带水汽,在冷模面形成二次凝露。
The supply air dew point is the rated core parameter of the equipment, stable at -40℃~-50℃ and non-adjustable, which is the basis for realizing dehumidification. If the dew point is too high, the air flow will carry water vapor and form secondary condensation on the cold mould surface.
