# Low-Speed Agitating Dryer
### Brief Overview
Low-Speed Agitating Dryer is an integrated all-in-one equipment combining pre-crystallization and deep dehumidifying drying functions. Different from separated pre-crystallizer + independent drying tower, it completes three core processes inside one single tank: PET surface crystallization, continuous material agitation and low dew-point deep drying. It is mainly designed for high-moisture recycled rPET flakes, crushed scraps and PET materials with unstable intrinsic viscosity, also compatible with semi-dull virgin PET chips. It is not recommended for long-term independent use on full bright transparent PET pellets, which may turn slightly yellow and increase haze after long high-temperature stirring.
### Working Principle
1. After feeding into the tank, low-speed blades rotate at 5~20 RPM to gently flip materials continuously, eliminating static accumulation, bridging and caking of scraps;
2. Multi-stage temperature control system heats materials to 140~150℃ for pre-crystallization, forming a hard microcrystalline shell on pellet surface to raise softening point and avoid melting adhesion on tank wall;
3. Closed-loop hot air with dew point ≤ -50℃ penetrates the material layer. Constant agitation makes pellets contact dry hot air in all directions, greatly improving heat and mass transfer efficiency compared with static drying hoppers;
