Adopting PLC intelligent control and high-precision weighing modules, it can realize automatic quantitative feeding, precise proportioning, homogeneous mixing and continuous feeding for multi-materials, such as virgin resin, regrind material, color masterbatch and powder additives. Based on loss-in-weight gravity dosing principle, the system monitors material feeding weight in real time, and automatically corrects production deviation caused by material density, feeding drop and environmental factors through closed-loop control. It features high batching accuracy, stable blending effect and full automatic operation.
